I recently just went through this. I price checked things online and anything worth my time, I sold online (CL eBay, Facebook, Etc.). The rest I took to a local game shop where they offered me a buck or two each and I traded them in. The stress of trying to figure out how to get rid of them all is a lot more than just

I am so damn spoiled. I bought those Aurora triangle lights two days ago and am annoyed they will not get here for over a week. Amazon has ruined patience for me.

Try to sell your stuff on a website that collects these things. Ship them out after payment or line up a couple of sales and head into that town on the weekend. While you are there, enjoy the town for the day and maybe treat yoself a bit.

I used CL and FB marketplace. Also, at work, we have a Slack channel where I sold a lot of stuff. This may not help much but it did the trick for me.

About two weeks ago I did a massive purge and got rid of about 85% of my possessions. Here are some fun stats for you.

First Futurama now American Dad! Stop taking away my background shows Netflix!

That is amazing! A great idea. I am a FT student and employee so time is tough to find. These are some great ideas. Also, I keep decorative baskets in key locations around my apartment. I will toss stuff in there and when I think about it I will have Alexa play music while I pick up the baskets, walk around and put

I enjoy my job, I like scrum and I think it has great benefits. To each his own but it works great for me.

this is the game I play after a hard days work. I will have a beer or smoke a bowl while I relax into it. its almost like meditation for me.

Scrum Master here. Kanban is amazing for household chores. I have small, medium and large chores and I try to beat my score. It also helps for things that are easy to forget (like take out the trash when heading to work). There are free digital Scrum and Kanban boards as well but nothing beats a good old fashion

It sure beats just standing there watching the water boil.

I have what I call “coffee time” it takes about ten minutes to make a cup of coffee and in that time I will walk around picking up stuff, putting away dishes and general tidy cleaning up (takes seconds to sweep the floor). We spend so much time dreading cleaning we never realize how little time it takes to just get it
