so true! I deal with recent grads all the time as I like to give them the shot they need to get into the workforce. However, it is hard to trust in someones abilities when their only job experience is treasurer of their fraternity.

Have you tried setting up “Do Not Disturb” for the time you do not want it to work? I activate mine from 10 pm to 8 am. I still get notifications but no sound or vibration.

If you are on the East Coast I would tend to agree. However, I work for a startup in Los Angeles and seeing someone walk in here wearing a suit is very odd. Most interviews men are wearing dressed down slacks and a shirt without a tie and that is the vibe we are looking for. Showing that you will fit into the culture…

As someone who is always part of Sales Operations my answer is always, "I am motivated by assisting sales people close a big deal. It is very rewarding to celebrate a big win for the team and knowing I played a key part in making if happen."
