My first “young” big win was sending in my final car payment. My identity was stolen which destroyed my credit score. I had to get a cosigner and a high interest rate but I did it. Which lead to my big “adult” win of rebuilding my credit and having an 802 credit score.

Last week my car was broken into in our underground parking. The thief also took my garage door cliker. If this ever happens make sure your landlord changes the clicker code for the garage door. Mine will not, so now I am going around telling all the neighbors I see to not leave anything valuable in the car.

Really surprised to not see Los Angeles or San Francisco on the top of the overvalued list. I live in West LA and your choices are 1.3 million for a 2 bedroom 40 year old shack or 700,000 for a small condo with $1,300 a month association fees.

so true! I deal with recent grads all the time as I like to give them the shot they need to get into the workforce. However, it is hard to trust in someones abilities when their only job experience is treasurer of their fraternity.

Have you tried setting up “Do Not Disturb” for the time you do not want it to work? I activate mine from 10 pm to 8 am. I still get notifications but no sound or vibration.

I picked the wrong year to go back to school.

I wonder if weapons and armor will have to be repaired and or eventually thrown away because you can not repair them anymore. It would be a real pain to spend 30 minutes building a weapon just to dump it.
