To add to your #1, let’s not forget that just like their robot shirt folding video, “prepare an egg” likely means “pick up an egg with human controlled robot arms” which is tech we’ve had since the 1960's.

Human shaped robots to do specific tasks is highly inefficient and overly-complicated. Its much more simply an efficient to make robotics and automation specific to a task.
