Most of the people who crapped on it never drove it. That’s not what those cars were about. Alot more goes into pricing than just power. Quality of interior, driving characteristics, efficiency.... rarity. The Supra will have all of those things over some of those cheaper cars you are referring to. Its apples to

Toyota did what any other tuning shop could do. Take a car, de-badge it, tune suspension, tune engine, fabricate new body....done.

sure we can...that’s a super car. A halo car. What does Toyota have that can compete with that? And lets not forget, most who drive it, love it. I think if we can compare Toyota and Honda right now in performance, its no contest...and they built their own chassis and engines.

Good point...why not? My bigger point is you asked the question how many daily drivers are looking for better handling than more power and I’ll tell you.... True enthusiasts. Not someone who is trying to win a dick measuring contest with hp figures.

ME...i want better handling than more power. I can use it “daily” too much power and you can’t really use it legally. I use handling all the time... It’s exactly why I bought a Fiesta ST.

How hard is Honda laughing at Toyota? “So...you guys couldn’t make your own engine or chassis and you’ve somehow managed to made the front end of this car look worse than the Type-R.... it’s been a rough 20 years hasn’t it?”

I enjoyed watching this series the few times it was televised

Its weird to me that people are so up in arms about this. He is a competitive athlete... if you don’t get mad about something like that then.... what are you doing at competing at this high level? There is a reason Max is lapping Ocon. Don’t also forget who pays Ocon and is in their team of drivers.

This looks drastically better than the previous ones. Its amazing how good your cars look Acura, when you stop putting hideous grills on your line-up.

God i hope you’re right about acura returning to luxury performance. All I’ve wanted since I was an adult was for Acura to build a ILX or even a TLX (ish) car that had enough power to match the A-spec badge. I would love to have a ILX with the Type-R engine and a manual trans. Don’t have to make a ton of them but it

lol i was that kid who had an early macintosh computer at 7 and continued to have the colored i’mac’s, g3's and g4's. It wasn’t easy lol but is worked out well actually. And I’m not a tech guy at all...I just liked that all my life (almost literally) when i bought a phone or computer, It always worked well and it

lol love this comment

Compared to what? A mail truck?

They can say new platform all they want but my eyes tell me that rear quarter panel and much of the car looks almost exactly the same as it has for over a decade now...

With an auto and the ecu will never let the engine “lug”.... that is almost always a manual trans issue. Turbo’s do just fine in low rpm.... please don’t perpetuate myths.

The Eclipse line... I always thought Mitsu could have made a great modern sports car with the iconic nameplate. 4G63 or 4B11 engine and rwd and bam.... instant classic

I also get offended when someone is quoting someone else who uses inappropriate words.

What in god’s creation would possess you to buy an exhaust like that? jesus....

don’t blame you on the volume knob...its well waiting for...

I would seriously consider getting one if they built it if I hadn’t already just bought a new Fiesta ST
