Eh, there's at least a bunch in Bluey that is explicitly targeted at *parents* (as the children watching aren't necessarily going to relate to the experience of raising themselves).

Also attending were numerous 35-year-olds, continually insisting that animation isn’t a medium 0nly for children while also only watching animated content made for children.

Oh, he was excellent in Cloak and Dagger—and he ably pulled off dual roles as both the airline pilot single father of Henry Thomas’ Davy, but also fictional character Jack Flack (that Davy imagined looked like his father). The ending where his dad ends up being the hero was excellent, and really showed his range.

Although a high profile part on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire was ultimately cut short by a bout with cancer in the 2010s

He was THE MAN in the eighties after “9 To 5” and while much of his subsequent film work was just fine the movies themselves were at best pleasant time-killers. “Buffalo Bill” (followed by “The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd” a few years later) were the first stirrings of what would later be called Prestige TV

To further save money, FBI: Most Wanted will be revamped as FBI: Least Wanted. Some of the upcoming episodes will be about capturing a serial jaywalker, busting a home poker game between friends, and finally apprehending a notorious Apple ][ software pirate.

The Slap Maxwell Story was only on for a single season, but I really enjoyed it. And Buffalo Bill was terrific as well. RIP, sir.

It wasn’t the greatest movie in the world, but I loved him as imaginary spy Jack Flack with the kid from E.T. in Cloak & Dagger.

And he was a goddamn good looking man! RIP to the GOAT.

I will never forget him calling Barry Corbin a “pig-eyed sack of shit” in Wargames. RIP to a great actor.

I was saddened to hear he had died. I knew he was still working as of fairly recently, the aforementioned Yellowstone appearance.

I never found Yellowstone that great. In fact, both its spinoffs are weirdly far superior.

Like his love for his film, my love for Chris Pine grows more and more every day.
