You know helicopters also mimic an adaptation in nature right? It’s primarily those little seeds that spin as they descend, I think from maples and some others. It’s called biomimicry and it’s a foundational principle in how a lot of our world is designed, even it if isn’t obvious. 

I’m extraordinarily impressed with your ability to write about these dreams, and in such detail. Baring parts of your subconscious, ugly parts and all, has to be terrifying, as does reliving some of the less pleasant dream-memories.
