I guess I just never thought about it. But I was also one of those weird kids who mostly enjoyed it. That said, I don't force my kid to do it. I try to make it fun. Learning shouldn't be a chore.

At least in my case, I would say it didn't border, it crossed straight over to child abuse. I remember hiding in a closet buried under sports equipment for hours because I had a 94% on a test and I was going to get whipped with a wire clothes hanger.

My kid is doing well in school (he doesn't get grades yet), but we do home tutoring stuff after he's done with homework and on weekends. Now I'm all like, people don't all do that? I thought it was a normal thing.

I got called "chink" a lot in elementary school. I always told them they just proved they're all idiots because I'm not Chinese. (My mom's Thai, my dad American)

I was in college in 1995, so I completely missed out on Lunchables. Luckily, my parents just gave me money for school lunches.

Poison's Look What the Cat Dragged In on vinyl. I still remember my dad's opinion on seeing it, "Those are some really ugly women."

A friend of my dad's gave him a copy of Space Cowboys to watch to take his mind off his terminal pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Spoiler alert: Tommy Lee Jones' character is diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. Cheering up fail.

Not just familial ties. He molested her older daughter and she's seeing him again!

You'vce probably heard it by now, but just in case… no, he was in prison for molesting her older daughter.

I'll have to rewatch it. I didn't find it funny, just horrifying, but my personal experience is certainly playing in to my perception of the scene. I'm not blond, but I was told by my ex that I was just a trained monkey. I'm interested to see how their relationship is going to play out, anyways. It definitely could

I found the Austen stuff is what is sticking with me the most. I went through a very similar situation. In grad school, I got into what ended up as a very emotionally abusive relationship with another grad student. The getting sucked into something you didn't really want, then having your self-confidence chipped away

I used the regions to make Middle Earth. There was Gondor, Hobbiton, Mordor, etc. It was great.

White asparagus cream soup, then sourdough toast with cream cheese, arugula and fried egg on top. It's Spargelzeit!

I have short curly hair. Ugh. I am old. Old old old.

Baked sheep cheese with spring salad, kohlrabi cream soup with roasted brussel sprouts, filet of spring lamb with asparagus and potato gratin, then milk cream strudel with vanilla sauce, buttermilk ice cream and black current sauce. It was my birthday dinner and it was amazing!

I dunno, I thought Stefan was pretty awesome (in his season, not in Seattle) and I liked him a lot, even though he was obnoxious. Carla was a favorite of mine as well.

Did he really say that? How do I not remember that? Good grief! I was thinking about it, and for me personally, I think it's how he blathered on and on about integrity, but then looked to blame any problem, real or imagined, on any one else but himself. I just have absolutely no respect for someone like that. Not to

I've never wanted to be spoiled before watching a show, but I didn't think I could take watching Nick win, so I came here first. What a disappointing outcome. I would have been happy with any of the top 4 other than Nick as winner (heck, let's go top 6 - I would have been fine with Carlos or Stephanie too). I wasn't

Poaching pheasants, I assume.
