The scariest line in the entire season, so far— Jeffries to DarkCooper: "So you ARE Cooper."

With so much of what we're seeing being so dreamlike (Audrey's scenes, the bar patrons telling stories they can't quite remember), I just can't quite trust seeing all of Big Ed's dreams come true.
the show is taking a different route with season 2 (i.e., road trip)
That was my impression. Electricity crackling.
I read it more like Cooper mourning the life he didn't get to lead, but that ambiguity is what made it so wonderful.
I thought he looked exactly like Michael Chiklis with some hair, which is a really weird mirroring of Wired.
No, of course they wouldn't show us other kids, but they did make it clear that people under the influence went right to the indiscriminate killing, which meant that when Eggsy and the team managed to stop the carnage, there were going to be THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of people coming out of it to discover they'd…
My biggest problem with the first one was how they made a really big deal about how Eggsy's mother would immediately kill the baby if she wasn't locked away, but we weren't supposed to consider that there might be other babies at risk anywhere in the world. End the crisis and onto the butt sex jokes! Lah-di-dah!
Did you see the cover photo for Netflix's Defenders? I swore it was all photoshopped together, but there was a video of the actors all together on set. It didn't make any sense.
The chemistry with Sledge and Jessee was key, for sure. They still had it on the reunion tour, for the most part, but I was disappointed that that didn't help the solo stuff they played— I saw them do "Landed", which is one of the only really good Ben Folds solo songs, and it was by the numbers. They didn't even add…
I wasn't arguing that Facebook isn't the problem, just that it was the problem in both ways. I've purposely kept many people who disagree with me in my timeline, so I could push back on misinformation and false equivalencies, but I'm pretty sure they've all unfollowed my posts. And EVERY TIME I pushed back on some…
It's the echo chambers as much as the fake news.
In that book, you can feel King sneering at anyone who needs to carry a cell phone. Sorry we're not all rich authors and need to be reachable for work or kid reasons, Stevie!
As a father of actual small children, I must point out that pretty much all of those cameos are from recent seasons on PBS- the Hamm, Fey, and Usher ones, at least. I think the only new footage here is the super-slo-mo beauty shots.
