Yeah - I agree with you. The WH40k games from THQ were just like Company of Heroes. 3 materials, cap points to get more of said 3 materials, etc etc. I would love to see a Total War style game with Warhammer incorporated. That would be badass

Also - Fantasy replies to the Warhammer setting that's closer to Lord of the Rings/Dungeons and Dragons, while 40k is Futuristic. Think Fantasy vs. SciFi

Well, here's the thing . If those videos were ever uploaded to Facebook, they became property of Facebook. So if someone then created a Facebook Ad, and paid money to Facebook, then it's technically being used by Facebook, and therefore, her claim is probably without merit.
