Thats the one I'll be buying.    I'm just in it for the cloth seats, crank windows, and of course the manual trans.

Me too.  I have been getting by and keeping my finger from squeezing the trigger.    It's now stroking on a diesel Gladiator,  but I know a Chrysler product will just bring misery.    Please, please offer a manual and diesel in the Bronco.    Cash in hand.

I that Jawbone Canyon in the Mojave? I took that whole trail using every inch of space, very sideways in the Evo. Omg... it really brings out the true spirit in certain cars.

I can almost forgive the tech for missing that one. It’s a minor detail. I had one that was a lot more obvious. I was doing a PDI on an Audi A6, C6 generation, in the US, and it came with 3.0TDI quattro badging. Good for a chuckle, but also sad because we didn’t get a diesel C6.

Yout are totally right to have expectations.  They're not doing you a favor by lending you a car.   You're paying for it.

I travel a lot and refuse to be stuck with bad cars for weeks at a time. I don’t mean cheap, just bad. You should never suffer with a Versa, Sentra, Chrysler 200, or even the Corolla. Most rental agencies have a selection of Hyundais and Kias in their lowest tier. They are all excellent to drive, and usually have

The only car I will outright refuse at a rental counter.

Although I dont recognize the TT as an Audi, and am partial to manuals, the VR6 DSG 1st gen still stands out in mind as one of those ear-to-ear grin experiences.  ...buuut, the second generation will make you forget the first even existed.

This reply deserves all the stars.

Evo, 398 a month. Rent 2395 a month. So, no, not really. Car is paid off now BTW. The greatest cars don’t deserve the slow death of appreciating collectsbility. Like an action figure in a box, they are worth nothing beyond their face value, when the engineering under the panels is the real art. This F40 is being used

Nissan was definitely the most obvious one. Maybe the rest of the car accentuates the feature. It’s also the brand that made the ubiquitous feature feel cheap and lazy because of the rest of Nissan’s styling. The 350z still makes my stomach lurch. Seems like cladding and garnishes have recently caught on and help to

Cone drive around LA.  A Casio watch has more processing power than some of these drivers.

I was there for that. My Audi S6 handled it like a champ. If it were any other car, I probably would have been stranded along O'Hare

Loading docks may also be used for unloading

Never understood the attraction to those cars. They’re dyno queens and status symbols. The body is boring. Basically an expensive engine stand. It’s time to let go of the Fasr And Furious aura and embrace all the more deserving cars.

Meh.  It does nothing for me.  Just like most Toyotas.

I have been for the past 5 years. Not sure where all the hate is coming from. The Recaro interior is comfy. Rockford Fosgate audio sounds great. Nothing broke or wore out and there are no squeaks and rattles. It works and I couldn't be happier with the car.

Requirements for EV pads are totally different than conventional vehicles. They have to bite cold. I use Tesla pads on my Evo X. They are super aggressive semi-metallic but only last about 25K miles on my gas car and make a ton of dust. Trade offs need to me made. With regen, I don’t see why a set of pads shouldn’t

It saw a reflection of itself.

The whole idea of a regen hybrid is to convert energy normally lost to brake heat into electricity. If there is energy in the pack, it will power an A/C compressor, heater, and a DC/DC converter for the 12V system. Once depleted it will use the gas engine as a generator. Just like most hybrids. Every little bit of
