Ooh, I can't wait.

Wow, that's quite a catch.

Wow, that is an awesome interview. I love how candid she is about the importance of getting paid.

Spicy and nutty!

Good to know!

I'm honestly good either way.

It would have been faster and easier if you'd just announced up front that you're a tremendous fucking tool. But Waff already nailed you on that, I guess.

That tip about bar associations is helpful, thanks!

I didn't! There's something kind of adorably old-timey about that.

Over the course of this election season, I've gone from lukewarm to genuinely enthusiastic about Clinton. I learned all kinds of awesome stuff about her that I didn't know, stuff that more than offsets the concerns I have about her hawkishness.

At least with school district shit, there's usually information out there if you go looking for it. People care a lot about school district shit.

Enlighten us.

Do you also have a bear of a time finding out enough about the assorted judges to make an informed choice? I try to stay aware of local politics, but with some of these people, I google 'em and the only results are for sample ballots and the like.

Good question. I should probably find that out. Before January.

Oh, and I have a friend who just moved to MD, and when we were catching up over dinner, she asked me, "Why do so many DC license plates say 'Taxation Without Representation'? I don't understand why you'd boast about that."

*pores over IMDB*

I'm seriously considering attending the inauguration ceremony, even though getting in and out of the District for major events like that is a nightmare. I was here in 2012, but I was lazy and I was like, "It's not as if this is the FIRST inauguration of a black president…"

Thiiiiiiiis.
