We’ve not long since had the Gail Newland case where a woman was jailed for duping her friend into having sex with her by pretending she was a man (http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/n…), I would guess that this sort of sex by deception could possibly be seen as a criminal offence in the same way.
