I think it is sad to come to the realization that the CDC has failed. I understand why the task force would want 100% reporting and that the data come to them, especially in the wake of reports our of Florida that testing sites were reporting faulty numbers and only positive tests, no negatives.

I am unsure why there is an issue with knowing the number of citizens we have in this country. That seems like foundational data. It would be significant for providing services and support to the country’s citizenry, creating budgets and allocating resources in times of trouble.

The WNBA is a business.  They need to generate revenue.  Obviously, when you can survive and save money when a Maya Moore of this recent MVP just “walk” it just proves what most of us already know, that nobody is irreplaceable.  It also proves that saving a buck is far more important than spending them.

There is nothing to defend.  The science of masks is undisputed.  The Surgeon General and Dr. Fauci stated emphatically that they are not needed.  This doesn’t change b/c of Covid.  It changed b/c people needed a placebo and there became a way to monetize.
