Another deferral from Vietnam!
Another deferral from Vietnam!
Here's fifty million dollars. Someone get me Spielbergo and let's do this thing!
But… Instagram!
All those Instagrammers sure are cryres.
HDU, O'Neal is a treasure!
My mother pointed to Colmes as proof that Fox News was the most fair and balanced network out there. Inside, I wept.
My workplace has literally asked us for suggestions on how they can make us feel valued without actually giving us any money.
It was an introvert's nightmare. "Hey you, come over here and socialize! Oh, and we're going to scrutinize and grade you on how well you do. More socializing! Eleven pieces of flair!" I would find the nearest antler chandelier and impale myself if I had to do that.
So Music Television doesn't play music anymore, American Movie Classics is known for its TV shows, and now the Arts and Entertainment channel no longer provides art nor entertainment. Sounds about right.
I cheddar to think.
My God, I wish I worked in a job where I could say that.
Even better if the something they hate is what they already hated all along. Keep those uppity women in line? HELL YEAH we're on board!
Yeah, the whole "modest clothing" thing is not endemic to Islam. It's in every religious system that treats women as lesser-than. I'm only watching one a week, so haven't seen this yet, but it's the scariest thing to me. All those patriot sovereign citizens who load up on guns and ammo and post their fantasies about the tree of liberty being watered by the blood of tyrants… that's your "army" right there.
Is it terrible that my thought on that is "At least I'd get to make bread every day?" I love making bread. As horrible as this world is, I'd probably be able to eke out a little life satisfaction in being a Martha.
I'd be a Martha too. (I would always have been a Martha, since I couldn't have kids.) I think you're wrong that Marthas are even more useless, though. A Martha can cook and clean all throughout her life, but what happens to a Handmaid when she hits 40?
I drank half a bottle of wine before sitting down to watch. I consumed the rest of the bottle during the show. I think that's going to end up being a weekly thing for me.
Or at least eyeless.
