What cream did you use to make the butter— grocery store cream or farm cream? I hit up an Amish market last weekend and found their dairy to be phenomenal. (They make a 10-pound log of butter, and it's amazing butter.) I'm now considering making my own butter if I can find good cream, though I'm a little paranoid…

He was in a terrible accident. After facial reconstruction, he looked entirely different! Also somehow he grew taller and leaner.

Natalia/Bucky? I can only hope.

M-O-O-N, that spells cathedral!

It was damn pretty to look at though. Roger Deakins is a god.

Begin Again is listed as a romcom on Netflix, but happily, it does not end up as one. It was a delightful movie.

In the book, there was environmental radiation (from a war? Nuclear plant meltdown? It was never explained) resulting in an epidemic of infertility, which is why the whole Handmaid thing came about. The Handmaids were all women who had given birth to healthy babies in the recent past, but there weren't many of them.

I love reading Adam's comments! I am sad now. :(

I always think of Rick Ross the cult deprogrammer, which confused me greatly the first time I heard of anyone being a Rick Ross fan. I mean, cult deprogramming is a good thing, but I'd be surprised if anyone knew enough about it to be a fan.

If loving the HT for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is wrong, I don't want to be right. An ape on horseback wielding two machine guns fighting a tank!
