“the Republican party is going to be stained for life simply because this has been going on since well before the convention and they still supported this man.

Clinton won Houston easily.

No, it isn’t-the Senate Dems are mostly up in states that went heavily for Trump (West Virginia, Indiana, North Dakota, Montana, Ohio, etc.) so the assumption is that it will be *very* hard to hold those seats. The House seats that could flip are in places like California, Illinois and New Jersey, so *theoretically*

Yes I read like 80% of Republican voters are solidly behind him. I think Dems need to stop trying to appeal to them or right-leaning swing voters and just focus on getting Dems out to vote. There are more Dems than GOP anyway, they just need to vote for once. If next year doesn’t do it, then I don’t know what will.

Huh-it’s the reverse from everything I am hearing. The Democrats need to flip 23 seats right now to win the House and that’s if the special elections all go the GOP’s way this year-if the Dems win one or two then it gets slightly easier. And I think there are 23 or so districts held by GOP Congressmen that Clinton

And she was originally supposed to play Ripley-she only found out she was playing Lambert when she showed up on set. I actually think Lambert is the best character, just because I know I would act like her if I was in that situation.

“We need them all to go though.”

I sometimes wonder if this is partially due to how crowded the planes are nowadays. I just think that packing people in with 30" of leg room is going to lead to agitated passengers and employees. I’ve noticed that this never seems to happen in premium economy or first class where the space is better, or in Asian

“I voted for Hillary but I will never vote Democrat again with the way you miserable bags of feces have acted towards your fellow Americans since the election.”

No, Glover just isn’t in a relationship with a black woman, so for some pathologically insecure black women, that equals “he hates me personally”

I’ve heard she’s actually a conservative IRL. Not like a US conservative, but she supports the Conservative Party in the UK.

From all the stories out there about her, she takes being a control freak to the next level-no way would she agree to play anywhere where she was not completely in charge of the conditions.

I could go on for a while about how I respectfully and vehemently disagree with your autopsy on this (and as a tangent, I really think that at this point, if you asked 100 people to define “neoliberalism”, you would get 100 wildly differing answers-it’s a meaningless overused term at this point)...but I will just

Let me correct you right there..not all women. Just *white* women. Something about *them* (hmmm...wonder what?!?!) led them to vote for a stupid misogynistic sex predator.

They endorsed Clinton last year and said Trump would be a catastrophe.

Random shower thought: Alexander Skarsgard beat Nicole Kidman in Big Little Lies...and Alexander’s father, Stellan, raped Nicole Kidman in Dogville. Like I said, random.

I want to hold off on throwing all blame on Clinton for this until we find out *exactly* what Russia did last year. And I put most of the blame on the people who voted for Trump or Stein or stayed home because they weren’t inspired or some crap-Americans in general need to take some responsibility for what they’ve

The polling was accurate-they were polling *nationally* and they said Clinton would win the national vote by 2-3%. She did.

And if not for superdelegates, she would have won the nomination in 2008. She (barely) won the most votes in the Democratic primary that time. She’s way more popular than some people want to admit.

It would shock me too, but to be fair, there is precedent for running three times and winning. Reagan won on his third try, and I think Nixon did (???-correct me if wrong on that one). And *none* of them won the popular vote, came closer than any other woman, or had a foreign power apparently actively colluding with
