Fuck HTC. I have had 3 of their shitty phones and am stuck with a HTC Touch HD that has never worked correctly.

@Mr.Hill: Pretty much I'm at 'Ah Fuckit' . I'll be lucky to get another 40-50 years anyways and no matter what you try to do most things are out of your control. Sometimes they work out, sometimes they are fucked.

Ever since I hit 40 this kind of stuff doesn't really affect me anymore.

@vsound: I've used Apple's customer service/tech support a couple of times. I will say that they answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time, have a person on the phone who understands and speaks my native language and have been able to resolve my problem within 2 phone calls.

Apple had been getting free, praised PR from the media at an amazing rate. How many other products got as much attention upon release on news reports as Apple has since 2000?
