Oh I know. It was meant to be rhetorical to make that point. Disgusting. Absolutely right.

It’s really upsetting. Her screams are heart-wrenching and the dog stays clamped for far too long.
THAT IS FUCKING TERRIFYING! And don’t they have commands to encourage the dog to let go??? They can’t even handle their working dogs right! That poor w0man. I can’t imagine just going outside with my garbage and all of the sudden a K-9 unit is clamped down on your arm and a bunch of cops are there. If one of our dogs…

I did not hit her. It’s not true. It’s bullshit. I did not hit her. I did not. Oh, hai Rich.
I’d say it’s mid-range. Not like Aveda, Davines, Kerastase pricey but not drugstore either. And they have lots of mini sizes and travel sets to intro to it. Also the products last forever.
Yes! It’s very air dry friendly and it’s ace for finer hair and thicker hair as well.
The rape kit backlog is a disgusting systemic failure. But finding this tape is important for victims too.
Michael Swaim released a video with some good info.
Aveda stuff is super nice. I use one of their purple conditioners sometimes. Very good stuff. And the sad truth is we curly-haired folk often just have to spend more to get quality. Not always but often.
Don’t do it, Shane! Your curls will be mad.
You’ll be fine! It takes a bit to get used to a pixie or a shave but you will adjust. Definitely you’re going to want to shampoo occasionally to keep the scalp skin clean but of course a gentle, safe for you shampoo that you don’t need to use every time. And thankfully lots more hair products come with UV protection…
Yeah Hoofmaker is nice for sure.
Furries do have a really rough road to face with judgement and harassment. But it’s definitely not the last socially acceptably vehicle for -isms.
Yeap, great brand overall. Lots of ingredient transparency and simplicity. And excellent for all curl types :) (I’m naturally 3c but since my hair is bleached I’m more 3a/b generally. But my stylist uses it on all curl types to great success).
Not good for your scalp at all. It’s skin with sebum buildup and needs washing.
Anyone with curls needs conditioner more than shampoo really. I can only shampoo a couple times a month but I condition every time.
And for me to dislike it so vehemently is impressive as the only shampoo/conditioner I hate this much is Shimmer Lights. I found this roughly as drying as that and all that does is make your blonde look nicer while drying the crap out of it. I found them comparable experiences, actually.
Have you ever tried DevaCurl as well? So good!
Granted my hair is curly but I HATE Mane ‘N Tail. HATE. It’s so drying and shitty. I’m glad for anyone it works for and I really put the effort in to try it out but goddamn is it not for curly hair at all.
