The FAA looks unkindly on “pilot deviations” when passengers are involved, so he will probably stay a First Officer for a long time or until he changes airlines.

Probably not because like the police, they have a very strong union backing them.
Any more and the shareholders would have less, and that just can’t happen.
Fire them all like Ronnie Raygun did with the controllers back in the eighties. That is what they can do.
This is why wildcat strikers are both brave and essential to a working economy. It is also why we need class solidarity with them to support them.
Yep, only paid for the air-time. Thus if your plane sits on the tarmac for 2 hours due to some issue, they’re working for free for those two hours.
12.5 BILLION IN REVENUE LAST 1/4
Oh! I’ve seen this movie! Stupid, yes, but I’m a fan...

CRV and Rav4 start at 30k. Say 35k with some equipment and that is what people will compare it to.
Everyone I know that had an i3 loved everything but the $50k price tag.
if we get 4 more years of MAGA we have much bigger concerns than the price of electric cars. none of that matters if democracy is ended and authoritarian dictatorship takes over
Huh, so they’ve made the Soul electric now?
Maybe people are still buying them because they are informed consumers that understand that the models they are buying are not vulnerable like the older models that are being stolen. Maybe, you know, consumers decided that they should opt for the models with immobilizers.
My Ioniq 5 is not at risk of the same exploit…
It’s funky and weird, and some people will like it. When it comes around, it will make a lot of current vehicles look obsolete and old-fashioned. A comfortable, affordable, cheap-to-run latest-thing car will sell like hotcakes, at least to the mothers of elementary school kids.
yeah those same “america first” “buy american” MAGA folk are all shopping at wal0mart too.
Problem is that there is a very real possibility the next 4 years are gonna be MAGA years, and the idea of subsidizing a foreign company to combat china wouldn’t exactly fly with the base.
Hot take. The US best bet to combat the “evil threat of BYD” is to subsidize Kia and Hyundai vehicles. American manufacturers simply are not innovative enough to generate demand.
