Andor is a perfect Star Wars show for people who aren’t fans of Star Wars. It’s more akin to a spy thriller than a sci-fi fantasy.

There are many, many fine performances from the actors in these programs, but Michael Mando’s portrayal of Nacho Varga in Better Call Saul really stood out for me as my favorite of the year.

I had a 1989 Audi 100. It never made it to 90k miles because the transmission died twice in a month. Parts were hard to get and were very pricey.  It was the malaise era for Audi.

Median household income in Georgia is $61,224. How the hell does a family earning that little save for a $160k down payment, let alone afford a $45,000 monthly mortgage? That payment would be more than their monthly net income, if not their gross.

This story also emphasizes the importance of a healthy local news media keeping an eye on despicable people like Godlewski. Too many local newspapers are shutting down.
