About 15 years ago I owned a 2700 sq ft Victorian house built in 1900 and I purchased some powerline ethernet adapters which worked fantastic, even with ancient electrical wiring. Are they still a thing? I figure it was a more affordable solution to running ethernet cabling through my home.

People are also paying all cash over asking price for $800,000 Cape Cods in my neighborhood. I think what you are seeing is people with disposable income to drop on a $50k-$100k EV purchasing them right now. Not sure if that either can be sustainable in the long term.

It’s easy to laugh at these idiots, but they vote more reliably than many of my fellow lefties who seem to forget that there are elections every year, and for offices other than POTUS.

Manager here. Please, please please do not micromanage your employees. My attitude is “I don’t want to hear about what you do, but feel free to see me with questions or if you need help.” Then make yourself available to guide your employees.

If the NJ State Police simply enforced the “keep right except to pass” law, they’d make $27 million on a summer weekend on the Garden State Parkway. Most of those motorists have NY plates.

Obviously the cop was a Rangers or Flyers fan LOL.

On the other hand I constantly see plates with tinted covers that all but completely obscure the plate. How do these people get away with it? I feel like I’d get a ticket on day one.

Speaking as a career public servant, I can say with certainty that our salaries are nothing to brag about :-(
