A “trans woman” can be called a woman if that is what she wants. She need not have “trans” attached. Agreed?

Your argument of “if this describes you, then this is the word for you” is an argument that is no different then the ones used by people who say gender and sex are defined by chromosomes. You either are XY or XX and thus Male or Female.

A better way to look at it is this: cisgender isn’t a word applied to you particularly, it’s the name of a category into which you happen to fall.
