Same rule, same problem, but I won’t be changing it. It is such a bad idea to get involved with a co-worker for many, many reasons.

I’ve had really good luck with a combination of Yaz and spironolactone (I can’t do antibiotics either). I had a really bad cystic acne breakout my first year of law school that was so severe it looked like I had fungus growing on my skin because it had formed almost like this honeycomb on my face. It was the worst. I…
My not-so-young-anymore puppy after getting covered in mud and grass.
I went googling on this and holy hell that is some amazing and weirdly pedantic conspiracy theorizing.
I’m pretty sure you can buy loot boxes in game. You definitely can on PC.
In addition to what psybab said, Netflix got Bob Ross episodes last year or so which has probably caused people to “rediscover” Bob Ross.
Yeah, but my understanding is they arent eating it right according to the Australians I talked with while visiting years ago. Americans in particular treated it like peanut butter and just glommed it on. I ate it the suggested way (thin layer butter, thin layer vegemite) and loved it, for whatever it’s worth.
So, assuming you are arguing in good faith and not just doing some subtle trolling, I think there is a country mile between a coworker asking another “hey any chance you’d like to grab drinks one night or have dinner?” And “hey want to come watch me masturbate in my office?”
There’s a difference between the amount someone needs to feel secure and comfortable and what someone will do when an opportunity for more is presented. What is your deal?
In child protection work? That’s mostly women in my area— pay is shit and it’s emotionally draining work. Also, I agree law is still very male dominated, but there’s room to muscle in.
Yeah I’ve watched my liberal grandfather decay over the years after he retired, my grandmother died, and he started watching cable news all day. His new wife is an ignorant racist, as well, and that has only made it worse.
I’m told it’s from Daredevil (the show).
Wait, why would Activision being a large publisher make Bungie more accurate here?
I would have quit on the spot. There are very few things in life that will set me off, but being told to smile or smile more convincingly is one of those things. I had a teacher once in the fourth grade that refused to let me pass her in the hallway until I smiled because she thought I didn’t smile enough.
I guess I never thought about these kind of off hand jokes being interpreted as disrespectful. I used to make quips like that all the time when I did field research. It’s pretty common among biologists as I recall from conferences. Especially if you spend a lot of time alone out in the field.
My grandma always professed to enjoy their wings! But of course I’m not sure what decade she ate them in.
Yeah, my closest friend in the world could pull something like that and I’m not going to just sit by. It’s even more my responsibility because we are friends, and I can do something about it.
I’m considering doing this now for the same reasons as E=MC above, and it’s nice to know it’s worked out for someone!
