Doesn’t matter. They give out a Nobel for economics every year. There are lots of Nobel-winning economists, but he specifically told her to go ask the one that is her husband. There is a whole long history of women not being allowed to do anything without the permission of their husbands. THAT is why this is a deeply

Ralph Nader has never married. Seems that there’s a reason for that.

It’s specifically because he told her to consult her husband that it’s patronizing.

This is how it's done. And Ralph? STFU - you are no longer relevant. YOUR former bid for attention put us smack dab IN this mess.

It is pretty messed up that they would air the documentary without his consent.

The flag of our people. We’d raise it high, but we can’t figure out how that flagpole rope thingy works exactly.

I’m pretty sure you and I are the same person. Do also constantly have bruises that you can’t explain? Because I don’t even notice when i walk into things any more.

OMG SAME! I thought that scene was mega-rapey. It reminded me of those old movies where a dude would like, forcefully kiss a woman who didn’t want it but after she’d be “seduced” into doing whatever. Blech.

I was excited to see what they would do with Monica Bellucci and it was to provide some key information, have sex with Bond, and make way for a younger woman. I thought the scene came off as rapey, Bellucci actively hated Bond until her dress came off.
