My mom stuffs the turkey....but when about 45 minutes remain for the bird to cook, at which point, there are so many juices, 'tis ahmahzing. Bird is almost fully cooked, there's enough time for the stuffing to cook, and for the juices to soak through and brown the stuffing with juicy goodness.
