If you don’t understand this reference, you’re too young. 

It’s not awful; only 2 skins per month and they give +2 to each stat. Still, it’ll put older Gen 1 characters on par with Gen 4 characters in terms of BST, and you don’t have to wear the skin to get the benefits, just own it. 

It’s one thing to offer new skins of older characters to boost their usability in a game where the power creep is real, but when 4 out of the 5 “perks” are QoL things that should probably already be in the game, and when you’re charging 5 times as much as Nintendo does for their whole online service, you’re going to…
