This. My wife is not a big fan of these films; she goes to them with me because I am nuts about them and she loves me, but her fandom starts and stops there. However, the reaction she had to the women teaming up rivaled my reaction to “Avengers, Assemble”.

Yea, I don’t get the love for The Leftovers. Normally, I like weird, outside the box shows, but I watched half of the series and gave it up, because it was going nowhere fast. 

Seriously. 

It was a legit “Holy Shit” moment from me. 

Just cancel everything, give the movies a couple years to recover from whatever Rise of Skywalker is going to do to it, clean house of all the creatives already attached, and let Favreau and Filoni take the reins.
