I think the best romcoms in the last few years have been tv shows, not movies. Catastrophe, You’re the Worst, etc.

So did Meryl have a scheduling issue or something? Or did she just not want to be in it? Because that whole plot line just seemed like them scrambling for a way to write her out. I don’t even consider myself to be a massive Meryl Streep fan or anything, but her absence was NOTICEABLE.
