We need a federal law to help trans kids. I’m happy for any help we get but trans kids are getting fucking shit on right now and it needs to be stopped. I used to be so happy for todays trans kids because they have so many more resources than when I grew up but those things are being taken from them and it’s terrible…

It’s helping in the DNC’s eyes because it might bring in new voters if they believe he will not go too far left. It doesn’t help progressives at all though who want the party to do more. I do think right now the only thing the DNC cares about is getting Trump out by any means necessary. If this is how that happens…

The problem I see with the DNC right now is they feel don’t have to do anything for progressives because they already have their vote. They are trying to appeal to the less radical right and the moderates to gain votes. The progressives don’t have anyone else to vote for and the DNC knows it.
