God, can you imagine having to deal with him on the set of Rain Man?

Seemed like Claire wanted to bang Kevin the way she kept touching his face. Jesus that was uncomfortable to watch.

So it’s cute when a kid does it, but when I’m six hurricanes deep at Chili’s screaming about it I’m an asshole?!?!??

I first thought this kid was reviewing Shirley Temple the person, and was ready for some hot takes on her ambassadorial role in Czechoslovakia and Ghana.

I miss the old Chumley’s.  And Elizabeth Wurtzel.

It is a pretty great design. For me, it did exactly what it was supposed to which is attract my gaze to the center of the image in the obvious spot and then flip me the bird as a punishment/commentary when I scanned upwards to the title...

I would rub one out to that cover in tribute, were those not the boobs that killed her.

I loved that book. And the cover.

If you would just like to stick with essays for now, there are a lot of them online. Anytime you see something in red, if you click on it, you’ll probably land on another essay. I have been intensely reading them since I put my comment here. Enjoy.

Whatever happened to that Jeopardy guy? That dude who used to come on these What's On Tonight articles and talk about the latest Jeopardy episode. (Or was it Wheel Of Fortune?)

He could’ve held up a finale for sure, but I think the right place for him is as the opener, just because that number nails the tone you want to be reading the entire show with. It’s nailing the ‘slightly above what these kids should be talking about’ subject matter and weirdly specific references to both everyday

Just watched the episode and the one thing that struck me as odd.......as Eddie is being introduced for his monologue, no one stands up as he takes the stage! One woman looks like she starts to get up but no one follows and she sits back down.

Oh great, another movie to make my wife question our marriage.

I wanted them to cast Daniel Day Lewis, who would inhabit the role so intensely and commit to his method so strongly that he’d become a paragon of kindness.

My dream jeopardy categetory is “He’s that guy who was in that thing,” and they’d put up a picture of a random actor no one knows and I’d have to name his name and one thing he was in.  I’d own it.

I liked Celebrity Ghost Stories too. The Elvira episode confused me though. She mentioned being attacked by a ghost that tried to drown her while swimming in the  pool of her haunted Hollywood home. But isn’t she a vampire? Can ghosts haunt vampires? It kind of took me out of the story

She probably thought the friendship was about her.

::raises hand slowly::

I’m thoroughly enjoying both ;)
