AFAIK the lightning connector is digital and contains a DAC chip inside the adapter, whereas a traditional 3.5mm plug is analog and so doesn’t require additional conversion/processing.

In Agents of SHIELD, they only literally have half a Kree body, with multiple samples and test subjects, so I would assume it’s only a partial transfusion.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned that the Kree blood transfusion is a callback to Agents of Shield. Agent Coulson was resurrected with Kree blood. There was an extended plot arc involving the remains of the Kree and attempts to use the remaining Kree blood to augment other people.
