"I am not an asshole." Yes, you are.

This. If you operate in the public sector, you follow the same rules as everyone else. Or you stop operating in the public sector. Period.

I've always thought that Lynch's Dune was the most perfectly cast book-to-film I've ever seen. I thought nearly everyone was damned near perfectly cast, including Stewart.

I often think that there's no way a guy as drugged out as Richie is could run a record company, then I remember Neal Bogert.

I feel bad for laughing at that.

Theaters make most of their money from concessions, not ticket sales. So by doing that, you're only hurting the local mom and pop theater owner. Or, more likely, the giant conglomerate that owns your local theater.

I hope you're not inferring that anything terrible should have happened to Culkin prior to him starring in Party Monster. Because we'd then have been robbed of a hilariously (and deliberately) over-the-top performance AND that nurses outfit that Chloe Sevigny wore.

Don't get me wrong, Slash is amazing. (I've got his live album with Myles Kennedy practically on constant repeat on my phone.) I just think that Appetite was perfect due to all 5 members and would have suffered greatly if any one of them hadn't been there. I think it's the best hard rock album of all time. I don't

I'd argue that it all collapses with out any of the original members. Even Steven Adler's influence is sorely missed on their post-Appetite work - there's just way more energy when Steven was behind the drums.

No, it's because of ALL the members' appreciation of different genres and styles of music.

While Lars certainly isn't exactly blameless in that fiasco, isn't it mostly James' fault? Doesn't Lars even say in 'Some Kind Of Monster' that he doesn't want James to do to him what he did to Jason?

You know who else should have won an Oscar for The Insider? Christopher Plummer. He didn't look or sound much like Mike Wallace at all, but damned if he didn't seem to actually BE Mike Wallace in that film. I loved that performance.

Barbara Bush is meaner and more petty than Trump and Cruz combined.

Bernie supporters definitely need to get behind Hillary once she gets the nod, not matter how distasteful that may be. Of course, I'm saying this as a MA resident who has the luxury of voting my conscience (Jill Stein), since my state will go for Hillary no matter what. (I was able to skip voting for Obama a second

One of the memes I saw floating around on Facebook is that Bernie would be a terrible president because he's in 70s and is only worth about $300K. How much more obvious can it get that he's that rare politician that isn't solely out to enrich himself and his friends?

Upvoted for being funny and spot on, but also because that song is awesome.

And this joke is nowhere near as good as Community's 3-season Beetlejuice background joke.

As I said elsewhere, it hasn't logged me out like you describe in weeks. I assumed they fixed issue on their end. Does it still happen to you?

Disqus hasn't logged me out randomly in weeks. That was really my only issue with it.

I know, right? And they didn't serve the toast — there was bread and a toaster!
