Yes you are of course correct about the failure rate of nuclear power plants. The problem is that when they do fail, the results are dire indeed. Think of Chernobyl if Fukushima doesn't make you a little queasy about going nuclear. Then again there's the waste problem. Have you figured that out yet? Remember,
