Thoughts and prayers.

I live in Wisconsin and had a hard time understanding when one of my company's warehouses in Alabama closed for the day due to "extreme conditions". These "extreme conditions" were 35 degrees Fahrenheit and light flurries. Meanwhile in Wisconsin it was -15 degrees Fahrenheit with -50 wind chill for over a week.…
