*sigh*
*sigh*
Because that's just the way things are.
When have reboots (except for the new Batman's) been good?
Everyone, quick! Run to your nearest thesaurus and look up "reboot". The thesaurus should say that Reboot is synonymous with bastardization.
I do have to make one quick aside about this - the rumored 84 - up to 128 at one point - player for the pc version (and the subsequent downgrading - being blamed on consoles) really pissed me off. I really hope it wasn't due to a console thing - because they still aren't doing 64 player anyway, so I'm hoping it was…
Colour me three shades of shocked...
you mad bro?
elitists piss me off
"And yes, GFWL is dogshit because PC gamers already have Steam and when a game uses Steam...."
But here's the thing - you find it OK to buy (even CE's) and have to install EXTRA software to play a game. I don't.
I think you are missing my point though - I'm buying retail, I KNOW I'm going to dick around with a disc....I don't think I should have to install extra software. Be it Steam, or any other Steam-ing pile of shite.
I bought Blur months ago for 20 bucks with a coupon drive that went out around that time - was awesome.
"Steam was bad enough" implies that Steam shouldn't have to be installed when you purchase a RETAIL version of a game.
oh for fuck sake, how many goddamn pieces of software are we going to have to fucking install just to play a game these days?
I was putting it off, putting it off....I told myself, once it hits 20 bucks, I'll take the plunge.
I finally picked the game up last weekend - Walmart had it for 20 bucks. No extra DLC or anything - but still..
lol, i didn't want to sound like a dick - but it goes to show how ridiculous the statements about "training" with COD.
If he used MW2, he would have had an endless supply of hand grenades.
No auto-aim in real life....
I did a custom manshep. i didn't like the way he looked when i finally saw him again when i imported him into ME2 - but ahhh wells.
