Pushing down to add friction is limited by the weight of the car. The tires are already hold the entire weight of the car, so lifting the car off the tires and transferring the weight to this plate won’t help.

I was seriously considering the 428xi GC but couldn’t swing the $$$, but a 228 GC with ZHP?!? Hellz Yiss.
I’ll be damn excited to hear how it drives, though I am rather disappointed at the price. The Raptor started at $43k when it came out, and you could get a crew cab for something like $47 to start, so this seems quite high for so much less capability.
