I am grateful to my grandparents for making the huge, scary move here in the early part of last century. I am proud of them for doing so, and making a life for their children, my parents. But not sure what I personally have to be “proud” of- lucky, yes, grateful, yes.

Glad that Caitlin is so much happier...though I read she has been seen texting while driving Porsche at least twice after the fatal crash. I don’t think I would ever drive again. Or be able to think of anything else. And one time was three days later.

Jmo, but I can’t even imagine thinking kids WOULD be included in a wedding invitation. Is this new? Does the invite say M/M Smith and family? It won’t ever end. You can’t legislate inbred attitudes, inherited racism, the mindset required to be a racist. Make all the laws you want-we already have, in many ways-it won’t matter. There always has been and always will be racism, a fairly high percentage in the US, where the country is so split on everything.

Is there a statute of limitations for this, I wonder? Is someone pressing charges?
