All I could think was how much it reminded me of a Monte Carlo...which isn’t what you want a semi-exotic Italian car to ever remind you of.

I doubt that anybody is unaware that older cars were designed to meet a lesser impact standard. That’s the whole point - here’s why car designed over a quarter century ago that’s still being produced probably shouldn’t be.
