So nobody seems to like the preseason

“I didn’t realize publicly calling for the deaths of millions of people would make me so hated.”

I mean, going on the lam and being almost universally despised kind of seems like a small price to pay for holding the worst possible political opinions.

I was privy to Dom’s first draft of this article. Without his permission I’ll reprint it here in it’s entirety.:

This is Robert Lee, sportscaster, not to be confused with Robert E. Lee, General of the Army of the Confederate of States:

I think people disregard it because there are much more plausible reasons for the layoffs. Paying a lot of money for live TV rights while at the same time seeing cord-cutters dropping cable services. Also if the liberal bias is scaring off people, wouldn’t FS1 be seeing a large increase in viewership?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a trade where each team ends up with a different-sized version of the player they already had.

That is an incredible haul for the Cavs when they had pretty weak leverage since Kyrie made it clear he didn’t want to be there anymore. Are we sure they’re still based in Cleveland??

Teddy Roosevelt. Was president at 42 so he has youth on his side, boxed at Harvard, and supposedly practiced judo, boxing, and wrestling while actually in office. He should be able to fuck-up any other president.

Teddy Roosevelt and Andrew Jackson would be the last two standing after an All Presidents Cage Match.

Teddy Roosevelt has to be the #1 pick in terms of all Presidents. He was the youngest President, physically fit, experienced in combat and a skilled hunter.

Yeah, Teddy Roosevelt has the youth (youngest president ever), committed to daily workouts and was boxed in the military. Maybe one of the early presidents (ex-Army guys) gives him a little trouble but he pretty much waxes anyone post-Civil War.

I am surprisingly ok with this. That was a ridiculous challenge that should have gotten a straight red on its own (maybe it did, light googling did not turn up the end result for the player).

If you’re curious as to why a good majority of Americans don’t care about soccer, look at the reaction of the guy in blue on the ground as if he has been shot both before and after he weakly falls.

They both should have been sent off. That was a piss poor tackle.

Missed opportunity.

What I really regret is not using *womp womp* as the main tag for the post.

Magic criticizing someone else’s television skills in an example of the pot calling the kettle something unintelligible followed by an awkward silence.

Yeah, it appears that Republican Party will completely implode within the next few years, although maybe not.

See what I got from that speech was...if you’re too up your own ass to care about others then fucking care about yourself because these things will affect you too. I guess it is all about perspective.
