Sweet ride, and amazingly, stuff like aluminum heads and manifolds are still available today from Edelbrock- very easy car to make contemporary art

Had a green '70 coupe with white top for $600 back in 1980, green fabric interior in college- 383 2bbl carb, creampuff condition. We got 16mpg on a spring break trip to Florida- with six passengers and plenty of room... Normal around town was closer to 10-12mpg.
