I used to own a ‘98 V70 XC and while I loved driving the car it was a pain in the ass to keep running. That car almost nickel and dimed me to death. The AWD system is notoriously finicky and the transmission is quirky as well. That being said it was fun as hell when it worked and practical as well.

I drive an ‘09 Lancer GTS and love it. That being said, I bought it because I think it looks cool and it was cheap. I knew after the test drive that this car is nothing special. But again, it was cheap. You take away the cheap part and this car has no appeal to most buyers.
