I think you can be a mixture. My two oldest are trans and gender non-conforming, respectively and I don’t think they would have came out as early as they did if we’d have fought with them about clothes and which toys they were allowed to buy with their birthday money. I don’t have a high tolerance for pain but this happens to me all the time and it has never been a problem. Definitely one of those things where if you get back on the horse quickly, you don’t even notice it.

I love making classic recipes for the senior members of my family. I’d never heard of ham loaf before, there’s def some interesting things out there. My grandpa loves salmon cakes (pretty much crab cakes with canned salmon) and I make them the 3-4 times I visit every year.

Serious question, do you chain smoke cigarettes? My parents’ friend group were all chain smokers and there were several families who had cheese dessert recipes at potlucks. I could never get past the weird texture/bite combinations but I’m sure the flavors hit.
