I think they’re branching out to different genres. This one is more like an odd couple thing where they’re trying to share an apartment in Manhattan and Godzilla is doing the fish-out-of-water schtick. Mothra is just the zany neighbor from down the hall.

maybe it’s just me but this doesn’t look anything like a Resident Evil adaptation. if I didn’t know this was titled Resident Evil I’d think it was any other generic zombie apocalypse show.

I’m just glad they’re not replacing MGM Studios’ Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. I like the Guardians of the Galaxy, but the Twilight Zone theming is top-notch.
