I know I shouldn’t because he chose his own path... but I couldn’t help but feel bad after he said “it doesn’t matter what I think” after someone asked him about SNL. He just seems depressed.

My fave was balls deep in the heart of TX. I’m so proud of these students.

I lived in the apartments next to this sorority house. My room had a glass door and balcony facing their house. It was built in the 70s so there wasn’t any double glass or soundproofing of any kind. On normal days it would be annoying bc it sounded like 50 girls were laughing and playing 90s pop hits right in my room.

I saw the cutest dress on sale today at Macy’s... when I got closer to look at the tag it said Ivanka. If it had been a couple of years ago before she became active in the campaign, I might’ve bought it. Today, I recoiled.

I work a non-patient care job at the hospital. I have to wear scrubs regardless even if I’m just in front of the computer in a cubicle bc hospitals are insane.

What’s the phrase that we use for 9/11... Never... ???... it’s slipping my mind.

I want to star this but you have 69 stars and it’s too perfect

One of my friends’ mom used to sew ribbons with people's names onto their towels to prevent wiping your face with someone's butt towel. I thought it was a great idea but not great enough that I'll take time to do that. I also won't use these ugly, impractical charms.

My roommate freshman year at UT took advantage of a bad situation to get into the school she has been dreaming about since she was a little kid. Whenever her house and her family’s businesses were destroyed by a hurricane, she had the choice of relocating to a really good high school or a less competitive school.

And I had never heard from a woman who had undergone CVS, I had only read about the procedure from stuffy textbooks, and I can’t believe the pain to the woman isn’t mentioned ONCE as a drawback to CVS v. amnio. (Not sure if amnio is painful, it also isn’t mentioned.)

I’m a scientist who does the types of genetic testing that are described in this story. Whenever we get POC (products of conception, meaning abortuses, fetal remains, etc.) they always get relegated to the back of the queue, because it’s not “urgent” to get a diagnosis on them. I always try to finish at least one of

It’s also not the same as NASA engineers or whatever comparison you want to use because you aren’t working 8 hours a day every day. It’s once every so often, like movers who earn 50$ an hour don’t make 100k+ a year because they aren't constantly working.

Oliver Stone’s Alexander. At 14.

Slaying Pussies was already taken.

I can die happy, with a shit-free car.

There was a girl in my high school who had a wheelchair but was also extremely mean. People would gasp and tell me I couldn’t say that about her, but in my opinion, it’s less insulting to call her a bitch than to pretend she can’t be one just bc she’s in a wheelchair.

“The Elementary School Formerly Known as Robert E. Lee” was my favorite. Of course, I would have nominated “Elementary School My Dear Watson”.

Ate 1/4 of a brownie, decided I wasn’t feeling it... ate 1/4 more. About an hour later it hits me, I fall to the ground in Amsterdam, start crying because I thought I was going to die, am half-carried to my hotel room by a friend where I continue crying while watching Hannibal Buress.

This is heartbreaking. Those were some of my favorite books as a tween.

what is this?! why is she cutting books?!
