From an above commenter I only found one police agency on google that didn’t want to hire those who scored too high on an intelligent test because of high turnover rates (at least, that’s what the city said). I have a four year degree like the person in the article and with honors but I wasn’t shunned.

Actually, shaming might be a good way to keep people from reoffending. Of course with drug addiction, treatment would be necessary... and then the shaming. I believe it’s Australia that’s shaming offenders in an effort to bring down recidivism.

The possibilities are seemingly endless for drones but people are already complaining that they’ll be misused. I don’t get the line about not having to get a warrant... do Police normally have to get a warrant when patrolling the streets?
