What do coffee and Clapton have in common? Both are better with Cream ;)

The hubs has the "trilogy" . He's a fan of Fripp (he dragged me to see the League of Crafty Guitarists when I was getting over the flu. Not the best idea, btw It was one of the concerts where Fripp refused to face the audience). I love Exposure as well, and I agree that version of "Here Comes the Flood" is great.
I concur on the I'm from NJ, don't like Springsteen (and Bon Jovi for that matter), but love Nebraska.
I despised Hall and Oates in the 1980s but I ran across Daryl Hall's "Sacred Songs" in my then boyfriend's, now husband's vinyl collection and loved the album. "Burn Me Up (I'm a Cigarette)" actually ended up one of our early mixtapes.
Why does this need to come back from the graveyard of Television sitcoms? Why?
Just no. And I condemn you to work in a Macy's department store for the 8 weeks prior to the Christmas holiday where you have to hear that song endlessly repeated each hour of your shift.
I'm not overly fond of their recorded output, but my husband is a fan, so I've seen them live quite a few times. I will say that when they have their collective shit together, they are a great live band.
I feel that way about quite a few pop songs. Not fond of the group/artist, but one song will end up being a solid favorite. For example, Kelly Clarkson's "Walk Away".
Dick Dale is phenomenal live, but its sad that he has to tour to pay off his medical bills. He's not doing well physically.
I love Marquee Moon. Its one of my favorite Sunday morning albums
Due to various circumstances, I was never able to see the Talking Heads in concert. Stop Making Sense allowed me to experience the band live and I am in debt to Mr. Demme's legacy for that.
I remember the commercials with Yogi Berra. My husband is a Yoo hoo fan; I never got into it.
But would the good doctor like some…Ovaltine??
Madonna's true talent is selling Madonna. She's one of those celebrities I wish would just go away, already.
'cause it ain't what you do, but the way that you do it!
Ah damn, you beat me to it :(
It must be nice to be so fucking righteous that you can make broad judgmental statements on the lives of others. /rant.
Wait…was that bar the "Stewed Cow" by chance?
I spent yesterday doing a "sip and stroll" in a local town nearby. I have to agree with my 20 year old son, it was a bit too bougie. After heading up the coast for some much needed beach time, I will probably delve into some more new MST3K today
I just got my copy of Robyn Hitchcock's new album today. I'm set and tomorrow is Record Store Day!!
