Frequent lurker on here. I’ve never commented but this hits too close to home.

It’s all the new normal. So many previously closeted racists are free to be themselves. We have the head racist to thank for making ‘Merica free to be great at racism again.

“It is entirely up to us whether we lift the world to new heights, or let it fall into a valley of disrepair.

The didn’t have to shoot them (not “him”, as said). The police should have deescalated the situation. Instead, the police got scared by the little knife and put a bullet in Scout.

Kind of surprised Trump hasn’t pardoned him yet.

Oh, I’m sure. But again, that just shows how outdated it (this lesson worksheet) is then, doesn’t it?

Just look at most of the porn(straight and gay) being produced right now; most of it is rough rape or incest fantasy. I am not anti-porn, but I don’t think this is discussed enough at all. In a country where sex education is considered by most people to be shameful or unnecessary, I shudder to think how many boys

Great leader of nation loved dogs and was a vegan. Suspected of racially motivated large scale mass murders and starting world War.

Yeah, you’re high*. I suggest you re-read the article. The AP headline doesn’t say that. The Post headline does. It’s a matter of framing the narrative before you even get to the meat of the article.

“a clean-cut American kid who has black friends”

All I know is, when I see a group of clean-cut American kids coming down the street, I immediately cross to the other side.

I don’t know if you’re high! BUT the AP ran it under a different headline—“2 Louisiana slayings likely racially motivated, police say”—as did a lot of other places that picked it up off the wire.
