yeah, he completely ruined the paper. I was there right at the end of Peter Kaplan’s years, and I remember them constantly arguing over the direction of the paper. I was a designer, and I think Spiers came on a few months after I got laid off.

I have no idea. I pretty much ignored everything going on around me while I was there because I hated it.

I used to work at the New York Observer and listening to him at staff meetings (on the rare occasions when he would put in an appearance) was the worst. well, a lot of things about that job were the worst, and that was one of them.

I just went for my 40th with some friends, and we all had a blast. I love amusement parks in general, and it was fun for all of us. I mean, I don’t get how millions of people enjoy going to baseball games, but they do. People like different things. There’s no need for explanation.

god, they were both so good. I was all set for the Salim/Jinn story, but I had to pause the show after the Anubis story to sob.
