Thank you for the response, but the link you posted doesn’t address the issue I’m discussing: more votes counted than registered voters. Unless I misread your earlier comment, you stated that you’d read an analysis explaining this issue. Do you have a link that provides that analysis?

There are several Wisconsin municipalities with more votes counted than voters registered. Vote counts and registered voter counts are available at Wisconsin state and municipal websites. It’s a bit tedious to go over, but I checked and found several, including one with 118% voter participation. 

The weird stuff with counties, as I read it, was consistent with what happened in similar counties and the swing between people who voted for Obama twice but didn’t with Hillary.

Be careful what you wish for. If he does well, the RNC will get the credit. If they successfully play the demographic game, gerrymander, and improve the economy - the people fed up with the democrats might just stay that way.
